Michael and Joe: All valid points. Hopefully, the new CEO will be able to address most of them shortly. Somehow, again, I find myself acting as a spokesperson and "official optimist" for Altris. I want you to know that I cannot answer most of the questions posed with anything more then an "I don't know". I am a realist regarding our company. We were all terribly misled by previous management ( what an under-statement ), and it will take a tremendous effort to undue the damage. I do know that we need to support current management as they try to solve the problems. They appear to be hard at work. Since you are all owners, perhaps you should feel free to call Roger directly for some type of response. With the earning due out any day he is probably girding his ears for a rush of calls...on second thought, perhaps it might make sense to wait for his official comments to us before rattling his cage too much. I have the feeling that he will be frank and informative, and we will learn much in the next several days. Elliot
