Couple quick questions regarding your post...

1) FRAM production yields, are you referring to Rohm or others?

2) What size FRAM is HP buying?

3) What quarter will phase3 with SGS Thomson be completed?

Thanks!

BTW, if Gummy Bear wants to get excitement up in RMTR, how about a report on Lehman Bros. Research!

Lou/Doug, thanks Doug. Excellent reporting. I like the sound of HP buying anything from ramtron. Fore is not too shabby either. Onthe other hand, Auntie looking to hurl at 5 or more is unsettling. I would imagine that she did some selling today but is probably looking towards the next few days for the extra push.

I do not like the fact that sgs is to bypass phase II. Sounds like Lee is trying to *gloss* it over. Ramtron needs to upgrade their facility and they were counting on sgs for a partnership. Sure, Ramtron has licesee source of chips but they also need their own competitive mfg facility. I think this is and will be considered a disappointment and just another delay in stock appreciation.

<<<Overhang....The recent 19+ million share 424B3 registration does not mean the selling
holders intend to sell. Ramtron was required to file this form under SEC rules and does
not state anything that wasn't already known.>>>

The above statement taken litterally is undoubtedly true. But be advised that that this thread heard the very same thing from TOAD last year. And his Aunt is still selling.
