In regards to the float, my understanding is that it is no more than 10 million, but probably somewhere between 9 and 10 million. Also, we know that Investors on SI own a very good percentage of that float.

Where did you get 31million??? I got a fax early last week from the
TA and it was 29.4million; have you got this number from the TA recently?
