Michael, <<< OK, so I've got 300 shares I've been holding in my possession, not at a broker. Should I get these out there to my broker before they turn into worthless paper, or are the certs still good regardless of this? >>> Do you need to re-paper the bathroom?? Actually, I'm not exactly sure how current shareholders will "benefit" from this action. However, I have a (yet another) call into JTS to find out. Interestingly enough, despite the number of messages that I have left over the last several weeks (-not just IR-), I haven't gotten in contact with a voice outside of the switchboard. Regarding AMEX delisting/OTC listing: I'd have to believe this was done in lieu of bankruptcy or a reverse split since the effect of doing a reverse split (1 for 20 - hypothetically) wouldn't sustain the dilution when they unleashed the additional shares to raise funding and the resulting stock price would bring us right back at facing delisting ---> which would lead to another reverse split ---> which would lead to.... (well, you get the idea). I would imagine this cycle would continue until they could obtain significant cash flow. (Probably 1 year off - minimum - presuming that they could remain a going concern.) Regarding product: Still no murmur of when/where 6.4 Gig drive is. If there are so many problems bringing a 6.4 MIG drive to market then they should go with MR heads exclusively. (Providing that the capital has indeed been spent on updating the India plant.) BTW, does anyone know if we will be issued shares of the OTC listing? Anyone care to comment? Thanx in advance. --Dennis
