Linden,
I would not short the stock. The reason is that the quiet period ends in about a week and the analyst at H&Q may really start talking the stock up. The street listens to him and he is on record liking the Semiconductor Intellectual Property model of chip companies.

The stock is also a little like MMC Networks in that they have (I think) a bunch of design wins that haven't been announced. So when the customers and wins are announced they could be no big deal or huge. The stock goes up a bunch if they are huge. So, picking your price, waiting and buying makes more sense.

Also, if they continue to grow revenue at 70% per annum, it won't take very long for an overpayment to look like a smart purchase.

Regards
David
