zj: Have heard nothing re: LVLT being sued...Do know that
Crowe got some of the former MSF folks to join him. As an aside -
GTE (which I also own) is suing WCOM over the MCI deal (which
GTE lost out). Waste of good money IMO.
Don't think I would worry about a suit...hard to make a case at
law that - people can't work where they want. Breaking an
employment contract might be something else...but, tough to
prove damages. BWDIK................

Yes, WCOM is sueing LVLT over the hiring of former MFS Executives. Mark Gershein (former Pres. bus. division of MFS and local services WCOM) left to joing Crowe and has begun reassembling his entire old MFS team. Many of the Regional and City VP's are the same as they were at MFS. That's another reason to believe in LVLT. Could John Sidgmore be next???(hehehe, I love starting unfounded rumors)
