Turboe, funny that you mentioned how Tigershark TGSK had a release on April 22nd showing audited numbers and per share data(excellent I admit), but then you criticize FAMH's audited numbers. Aside from the the per share info, the numbers from the FAMH release last Friday was actually more detailed. That aside, in principle, the two are the same in that they represent the audited financial condition of the company for the given time period. Here's the link you provided: biz.yahoo.com At the same time, I did a search on Edgar, and there is no listing for TGSK, or for Tigershark. edgar-online.com So, are you saying that TGSK is more forthright than FAMH because their release(which did not mention the auditing firm by the way), included the per share data? Maybe there needs to be some hoopla on the TGSK thread(I don't even know if there is one, and don't care). Why isn't it on Edgar yet? Could it be that an initial listing to fully register with the SEC by a BB company takes longer than what one would think? Everyone, scream bloody murder! TGSK had a release on April 22nd concerning audited financials and they aren't on Edgar yet! Jin.
