Yes, June and beyond. There isn't any premium left to sell in
May, I suppose, except in 45 calls.

Open interest in 40 calls is heavy, and as the deadline
approaches people will cash in profits, causing an opposing reaction
in the stock supply. If there were a lot of puts at 45 then a similar
effect would tend to keep it near 45.
It could be 45 if we were trading down from 46, but I think 40, which is where the support point is on the stock. If you presume that ascend will grow 45%/year then you can justify a price of about $40.
