Bill thats right.. at the time of merger CPX holders get 1 for 10...
The question is, will the price of CPX stock still be under $2 till then? They have been pressured HEAVILY to remain there in spite of good news and heavy volume...

another question is, how huge will LCE be? With all the CPX good news, the Sony Universal connection, insitutional buying, market attention, they will be ranked #1 in theater biz by FAR (CPX already is), competitors trade @ $52...

What will LCE be trading for in a month? 6 months? a year?

No downside here..
