You should ask one of the elders, like Joe Copia or GaBard about name or symbol changes. If I recall Joe C. said that it would not affect the stocks or MM.

Name, symbol/cusip# change or any kind of dividend requires all short positions to cover. This is of greatest impact to individuals since MMs have "friendly arrangements" with other MMs to satisfy this annoyance.

Since FAMH is a BB and individuals can't short a BB stateside, it is of impact primarily to off shore shorting by individuals.
