Just came on the News wire:

[MSFT] REUTERS REPORTS 'STRONG LIKELIHOOD' US, STATES TO TAKE ACTION VS MICROSOFT.

In my humble opinion and strictly speaking as an investor, if MSFT comes down to $78-$79/shr it will provide a very attractive opportunity to buy the stock. The hype surrounding the states vs. Microsoft will soon be gone resulting in a quick rebound of the stock price. I do not believe for one second the states have any real case against Microsoft (despite the fact that MSFT behaves in a monopolistic manner). NT is doing very well and in my opinion Microsoft is also enjoying a very healthy growth in revenue and earnings from some of its investment in the consumer market (such as WebTV, etc.).

Keep in mind regardless of how one feels toward Microsoft tactics when it comes to the price of the stock (any stock) only revenue and earnings growth will drive up the price.

As for SUNW I believe the company will continue to suffer from a poor perception for the rest of this quarter thus trading between $38-$44/shr. However I have a very strong feeling revenue wise they are doing better than expected this quarter and will surprise the Wall Street with their next earnings report (I wished I had some proof instead of my own perception and understanding of what I hear around). Oracle's NCA line of products (which are based on Sun's thin client/server centric technology) are shipping out the door and that should (at the minimum) be a boost to Wall Street's perception of Sun.

Just my humble opinion as always,

Regards,
