ANTX holders,

10Q is out. No surprises. They had a ($0.01)/share. ($260,000) for the quarter. Of note, admin expenses are down 30+%, that's nice and the last quarter we will get a $500,000 payment from PM in Dec '98 which will make up a nice portion. Also, this year SBH payment(which starts in March of this year until Feb '99) goes from 2.8 mil annually to $3.2 mil annually. Sooo...about $400,000 more will be recognized for the remainder of this year. On the negative side, it will cost a little more for R&D with the new scientists (but R&D is a good expense IMO). If the warrants exercise that will be a wash because the $3 mil will turn into stock dilution, so I don't consider that good. I guess that this year will be a total loss of approx. $500,000 ($0.01-$0.02) for the year. That is a pretty sound burn rate as Dr. Vic is concerned with keeping costs down. Just wish the stock would reflect this more. In for the long haul, so I'll just wait.

Regards, Rip
