Gary, You may be right- but I see the Humana and Aetna deals as engines of growth even if FPAM does not do another deal for 12-18 months, and just administratively organizes itself internally....

Federal cutback? That only affects Medicaid/Medicare programs, not commericail. Obviously they are impacted, like everyone, but it is not all their business.

It's not like the current practices they own/manage have no chance for internal growth -- they do.
