I think it is an exceptionally stupid idea to split the thread. Every stock I have been involved with that has multiple active threads on SI has done lousy. All investors need to share information in a common forum -- good or bad, positive or negative. People are not generally stupid. They do not need their hand held too much -- they need some basic information and perhaps a few questions answered. I do not like the way Mal plays the game myself. It is fairly common knowledge that it takes 3 buys to overcome a single sell in this arena -- so when someone sells off a position and buys back later, they do indeed hurt the stock overall, aside from dragging the momentum lemmings and weak investors down with them. I have all of my shares and bought more today, but I will not post on a strictly positive thread -- it makes no sense to me.

Phil,

I appreciate your concerns. You did not look as close as you say, the float, shares outstanding are listed on the web page and the thread.

Did it ever occur to you to pick up the phone and spend your nickle to find out the answers to some of your questions? Did you ever consider making a trip to the home office?

I deliberately do not post many things to the thread because the day traders just seem to love dragging Largo through the mud then leave it in a heap on the trading floor.

When I send people to the thread to read the latest news and history of Largo, I somehow feel if they are truly planning to invest several thousand dollars they will have the gumption to make a call and talk to the office about their concerns. Do I detect a sheep here? I spend my money to find out what I want to know. I figure anyone who is too cheap to pick up the phone needs more help than I can offer!

My goal is to encourage people to learn the art of supporting the company the stock. If we all become TRADERS instead of INVESTORS, we end up with a yo yo and a stock with a nasty reputation.

I make no apologies for being loyal to the company.

Phil, you strike me as someone who SCANS not READS perhaps this is how you missed the share count at both places?

Quite frankly since you are not an investor at this point in time I don't care what you think of me or the thread.

The reason you can not find the information from the sources you seek is because Largo is not a REPORTING company! I can hardly believe anyone who knows how to do due diligence would not realize this fact from the get go?

Did you request an investors package? It is also posted to the web page.

No the financials have not been disclosed yet.

Now, sir,if you read the information on the web site and still can not construct a fairly clear picture of what Largo Vista about; if I were you I would be running away for this site and the investment as fast as I could. But, I would not have displayed my ignorance on this thread.

Quite frankly, Phil, the long term shareholders on this thread and many who only lurk, feel real comfortable with the shares we hold. If you see the light fine and if not don't invest your money!

We are all a little tired of spoon feeding anyone and if you have to ask for information that has been posted more than once to this thread that tells me you are looking for an easy ride.

It's a Largo Day Every Day,

Dusty :o)

Bullrider,

I have been following this thread for a month. And also owned stock in this company for a year or two a couple of years ago. Some people on this thread say they know this or they know that or know that all the big shareholders are still holding and not selling. Do you ever wonder if there is a employee of LGOV or relative of someone of this thread just trying to hype? You invest in a company to make money, that is what capitalism is all about, falling in love with a stock emotional is a losing situation. Makes me wonder.
