Welcome back. Doesn't look too good hey? Whatever happened today, hasn't changed the fundamentals of this company, so I,m still prepared to fasten my seat belt and let the turbulence zone pass. But P L E A S E try to stick around and lead this thread you started. If you travel again, I,ll be more than happy to take the relay in your absence. I,m trying to meet the President but I was too busy today to call.( I still have to give some time to my job to make the money necessary to make these investments.) Has anyone had a chance to review the Nov 1997 10-Q filing ? sec.yahoo.com Still don't understand what's so hot about this company. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but when I read the filing, I see a company that is in financial trouble. That may explain the "Best Effort Private Placement to raise $5 million in equity or debt". Sounds like they are in desperate need of cash to stay afloat. Good financials, low debt (very low), profitability, revenues, sales, etc... are part of my requirements, unless I'm willing to take chance on a really, really good story (which I call speculate and hope to God it comes true). I see no story here either. Please educate me.
