Tom; Gary Seamans is considered an insider as far as the SEC is concerned for 6 months after he retires and is subject to the strict rules governing insider sales. I'm sure 3 days before earnings is not within the window when he can sell. Dave

srvhap--

often we tend to look at one days movement as indication of the worst or best. this is foolish, IMHO. had the stock gone down below 9, i would have to agree with the assumption that:
a)someone big knows something, and
b)it isnt good.

that being said, a move of 5/8 on a terrible day for the nasdaq (dont you love that pissani moron on CNBC who comes on during the day to tell us what has happened, then give his impression (as if anyone cares)) doesnt indicate too much as far as i am concerned.

good luck to all,
trey
