Terry, JNNE is an OTC Bullentin Board stock. It is not listed on NASDAQ Small Cap or NASDAQ National Market. However, there is a proposal before the SEC that in order for a company to maintain Bullentin Board status, they will have to report to the SEC quarterly and annually as the Small and NASDAQ National Market stocks do. This has NOTHING to do with the share price. In order for JNNE to stay on the BB, they will have to have audited financials in order to report to the SEC. Darrell
