hello Sergio,well I solved part of the QUST confusion.Spoke to Dominic this morning(QUST CEO). The reason for the reduction in the number of fully diluted shares,is due to the warrants. Using the Treasury method of accounting to determine the number of fully diluted shares,results in a fluctuation of the fully diluted number. Basically, the higher the price of the stock-the lower the fully diluted number.1st quarter avg. share price was higher than the previous 4th quarter,thus the lower number....DD PS: the 10Q will be filed according to SEC regulations on Edgar(within 45 days of the Q end)

Sergio we should know by the end of the week, alot of my indicators are set up nice for another move up(but on the edge) and some still need alittle help, the first thing Im looking for is a close above 13 11/32 and continued volume, IMO this is a telling week at least for the short term.
