GOOD EVENING, EVERYBODY ! PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING: One of my friends ask me today about DGIV and its prospects for the near term - naturally I gave my raving approval for the near and long term outlook for this "gem". When he asked me, however, about the exact time frame for any of these "supposed" deals, all I could say was, "Well I think they are suppose to happen this week sometime." My friend than said "Are you sure, because if you are 100% sure that these contracts are going to be signed and released for everyone to see, I will buy 100,000 shares tomorrow and double my money by the end of the week. When he said that I immediately thought about it and realized that even though I fully expect and hope that we will have "great news" in the next couple of days - I DON'T REALLY KNOW FOR SURE ! NOTHING IS GUARANTEED EXCEPT...(YOU KNOW THE REST) So I said to my friend that he shouldn't invest in this company, because INCREDIBLE news will come out THIS WEEK, but because Digitcom is UNDERVALUED and in an industry sector which shows 30% - 35% growth per anum, and we have a CEO who is truly a visionary in the industry. He liked my answer and because he is a lot older and wiser than I am decided (after checking the numbers on DGIV) to invest 50k in DGIV today. YOU SEE, PEOPLE - he wasn't going to buy 100,000 shares of DGIV, because of my anticipated announcement for this week, he has been around long enough to see and know that things don't always happen, the second, minute or day we want them to, but he saw that DGIV as an investment would be a "great" buy at these levels and that's why he decided to buy the stock today. If we will see the anticipated contracts/press releases this week - SUPER - FANTASTIC !!!!!!! But should we not, should it be next week or the week after that, I know I recommended/bought the right stock at this time. We have all done our due dilligence and have seen the MM do a "number" on our stock, but rather than taking a chance with another stock, at this particular time - with the feds being uncertain about the interest rate direction - I rather sit in DGIV, for I know what I have. UNDERSTAND MY POINT, PEOPLE ! Do not own this stock, because there is suppose to be "HUGE" news coming out this week, but because you know that you own an undervalued asset which will appreciate in the near future. MOST STOCKS IN TODAYS MARKET ARE EXTRMELY OVERVALUED - JUST LOOK AT INTERNET STOCKS, BANKING STOCKS EVEN TELECOM STOCKS - NOT DGIV !!! KEEP THAT IN MIND, IN CASE YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU ARE HOPING FOR THIS WEEK!!! -------------------------------------------------------------------- THE NO. 1 MOST IMPORTANT ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR DGIV IS A LISTING ON THE NASDAQ - BE IT SMALL CAP OR LARGE CAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anything else, contracts, mergers or aquisitions can't compare - WE MUST GET OUT OF THE CONTROL OF THE MM ON THE OTCBB to realize our true potential. I have been in this business for 9 years now and believe me, I have seen the MM on the OTCBB do all kinds of things to a stock (because they can, LEGALLY) GET DGIV ON THE NASDAQ and you will see it bloom into the flower we know it "SHOULD" become. good evening everyone, have just been watching and reading here tonight with not much to say until now. im getting some strange pm's from people wondering if there will be news this week and reporting that they are getting different responses from the same source. my reply is: 1. jimmy has not been back for three weeks and has had his trip delayed a few times, each delay has brought on some panic and cries for news. jimmy being delayed is only a good thing. 2. roger and jimmy havent spoke much either, roger has a long list of things to discuss with jimmy himself. many have said that they contacted roger and he told them that no big news was imminent, what do you want him to say, the big enchilada is coming out tomorrow? he cant do that. 3. jimmy didnt leave for three weeks just to come back empty handed, he will deliver. but, these things take time. we got a little spoiled because we jumped into dgiv when all the news was about to come out or was coming out, now we want it weekly. it wont happen that way. i wouldnt even be surprised if they took several days or even weeks to get their thoughts and plans of attack ready based on jimmy's trip. there is not going to be news every week, or significant news every week. we just need to be patient. 4. with mm's playing their games, jimmy will be very keen as to how he will attack them. he knows that getting out of bb will be a big advantage, but that it is where we are for the time being and we have to all play the game. 5. we dont need to panic if the stock falls to 7 or even into the 6's, the fundamentals havent changed and neither has the revenues. the mm's know that some will panic and give up their shares, as was evidenced today. not everybody was in for the long term and figure they will get out now and wait for the next wave to ride, hope they have impeccable timing because usually it is too tough to time. 6. go back and re-read old news releases, you will get re-excited about what we have here. 2-3-4 day moving averages are not important in long term investing, fundamentals and rev justification to eps is. 7. byron and i have re-read the releases many times in the last week to come away with new clues each time. i believe that every country listed on the jd international and other releases will all be contracted with us at some point in time, but not all at once and not all in a 3 week time period either. 8. i personally believe that we will have some news come out within the next week to ten days, but it may take longer for jimmy to put out what he wants, he only puts out signed contracts as news. dont disregard smaller news releases either, they are clues to the puzzle as well. 9. i have had several ask what will we do to keep the stock price up if no news comes out this week, well my answer is the same since the last time news came out, buy on dips, stay positive and more importantly DONT SELL YOUR SHARES ON DIPS, PEOPLE KEEP POSTING HERE HOW BAD THEY FEEL THAT THEY HAVE DONE THIS. someone posted today that one of the pr firms said we will be in the middle teens within a couple months, well that is great, but what are we going to do to "keep the stock price up" when we get in the teens and there is no news for 2-3 weeks???!!! hopefully not panic or sit around asking gee i wonder if the stock will tank if no news comes out. 10. we need to remember that eps will be coming out each quarter as well and that should be something to look forward to in itself, surprises will abound im pretty sure. hang tough and dont live for the day watching each and every little tick of the stock, watch the long term and be happy your in as we go up and up. macker
