There is talk on Yahoo board about earnings to be released on 5/15 and how they may influence the stock price. Correct me if I am wrong, but the Rare Medium deal was a purchase, not a pooling. This means the earnings for the last quarter, which ended before the deal happened, will not be influenced AT ALL by the profitable Rare division. Thus, IMO, market discounted already for the earnings (whatever they might be) by paying most attention to the internet part of the company than to the a/c business. Comments, anyone? Musya
