The Ladies were due back at eight in the evening. Their plane finally kissed tarmac past 12:30 am Tuesday morning. So we weren't home 'til after two am. With a pair of hot, gooey, cranky Ladies to wash. I took one of'em. <g>
Helen has grown. She likes to hold her bottle now, even if only to the extent of pushing&pulling on parental fingers. She purposefully reaches for things now (like my rather prominent olfactory feature). She's giggled out loud a coupla times.
She *hates* being left on her belly. She'll make angry/frustrated noises. Even so, once she realizes this is where she's at - she can lift her head&chest clear of the absorbent underlayment. Twice she's managed to roll over onto her back, and she's starting to "scoot" using arms&feet. I can't leave her on the sofa unattnded anymore.
If there's a TV on in the room, we get a quick lesson in who the *real* favorite parent is. (The one by the TV.)
