OPEN COMMENT TO JOHN "BUNS" KAISER. I know that you have published some comments with respect to the ACA Thread and Frank Familiaro in particular. Firstly: Promotion You comment that this play may have more to do with promotion. That may be very true and I have been posting caution all along to that effect. However, I am a lowly retail investor. Do you not find it Ironic and hypocritical to be publishing these comments given that you reccomending any stock as a newsletter writer would be considered PROMOTION. Secondly: Pot shots at the internet Yes we are making attempts , feeble at times, to share information so that we can attempt to level the playing field against the trading houses the insiders and those others privy to information that we are not. I would suggest that you have been privy to the odd tidbit of information that many of us have not in your interviews of the many Companies. I believe that the internet is without question the best advance that we have made in moving towards one of the supposed basic premises of the security markets: <ib>That everyone has equal access to information</b/i> which really is a joke in reality. ( I do realize that those will argue that insider info is part of an efficient market - BS). I think if you followed this thread at all that you would realize that the regulars on here since last fall did not take kindly to the hypesters that showed up and that those hypesters seem to have dissappeared. You may attempt to ridicule those of us that use this medium. It is well known in phychology that someone that is reduced to ridiculing others is likley suffering from a low self esteem. Do you really think that your newsletter was going to bring this play to someone's attention. If somebody plays the junior mining stocks they would have to be in a closet somewhere not to have made a decsion already whether they are in or out of this play. JOhnL
