I found it! when I first saw the message I went to yahoo and didn't see it. It must have pulled up a saved page. Thanks for posting it so quick milk! So are they saying the 300 to 1 split is still on? buckshot

2 Reg S's and a 300 to 1 reverse split... the merger is postponed to May 30... and yet we still don't know a thing about WOTD or what they are bringing to the table. The Proxy vote is still on and needs to be addressed, I think we met the requirements, to call for the vote, to review this deal and its terms. Let the Lawyers and SEC keep the pressure on. KAA

What a waste of a PR! It says nothing except 'we are stalling for more time to figure out how to take all of the shareholder's money.' This delay has been incurred due to an administrative process that has taken longer than anticipated. Could it be that the actions here on SI and other places on the internet have put a monkey wrench in things? Management's actions, including the recently proposed 300-1 reverse split and the recent private placement financing were deemed necessary to make CVIA sufficiently attractive for a new business opportunity. At the expense of current shareholders. This "company" is a joke. -Ken-
