The highest price projection ($24) is actually by Lehman Brothers (who did the SRGN side of the deal).

For what it's worth, the two brokerage houses involved in the M&A maintained a STRONG BUY, while H&Q (which has the highest earnings for next year, $0.84) has kept a BUY rating (not a STRONG BUY), and BancAmerica Robertson Stephens just downgraded LGND to a BUY from a STRONG BUY.
