Tim,

While of course your analysis may be correct, I have a sneaking suspicion that someone was sitting on the Ask all day long today shorting the stock and then picking it back through the day.

I believe we saw VERY similiar behavior when you mentioned the "monster buyer" awhile back(it was you, I believe). I watched the trading all day long today with RTQ and I was amazed at the size of the Bid/Ask discrepancies whenever TAVA made an uptick or down tick. The ratio was often 5 to 1 on either side and it seemed that no one was willing to let the stock run-up very far.

This indicates to me that some accumulation was going on. Once the artificial selling pressure disappears from those who got their fills and are ready to go completely long, we should move up.

I probably need to invest in a Level II system in order to get a better handle on the daily action, but then I would have to take everyday off in order to watch it... :0)

Any other opinions out there??

Regards,

Ron

>> I expect a morning burst of sun, noontime clouding and a steady drizzle for the rest of the day.

Then you must live in the D.C. area. ggg. We're heading for our 13th day with rain.

Taoman--If Tava gets recognition from the utility industry--we have Rick Cowles testifying in Washington on Thursday--Tava may not trade like some of the other stocks in the y2k sector. I expect some profit taking, but we could be in the spotlight again at the end of this week. Jan
