Rick,

Nice to see you on the thread. All I mean by $13 per share in 1999 is $13.00 in 1999. When president clinton finally wakes up in his own bed one day, he will clearly see that a panic is needed in order to keep his great place in history. I don't care for clinton, but he is not stupid, he will find a way out of this fiasco that he has put himself in. When he addresses the nation on y2k, and pushes all the panic buttons, he will try to set himself up as a hero that saved the industrial world. Billions of dollars will be spent to save his as*. If anyone can deliver, Bill can, I'm counting/betting on it. TRUTH
