Jack, You are right about at least one thing. Late filings of financial reports, keeping the shareholders in the dark, can lead to delisting. NASDAQ has promised to remove about 3000 companies from the electronic bulletin board and place them in the "pink sheets"--i.e., no computerized quotes or trading--for failure to comply with regulations, such as filing on time. This would mean the end for ASTG. The irony of it all is that many of us are so frustrated because we believe the next financial reports will be positive news. Sorry Joe Lanza, but filing late is a big evil. I for one am seriously thinking about dumping my ASTG shares and moving on. I don't like what I am seeing (actually, not seeing). I'll wait a few more days. Then that's it. This is not a threat. Just my opinion. TJS
