Paul, Found an article about Nanshan that outlines (basically) the short and long term planning. Also mentions the District of Yazhou where LGOV would be developing the pipelines from. china-stock.net Also found links to publications that deal with main land China. I will search some of the english versions periodically for business/construction info regarding "Shenzen", "Nanshan" and the various districts. osu.edu wt.net reddy
