something else as well, even if jimmy has outstanding news that he is bringing home with him, it is highly unlikely that it was discussed with any of his partners on the home front as details unfold at each meeting daily. it will be more likely that jimmy and his helpers will discuss all when he gets home. so if roger said he has no new info, he may not, he is not being coy and not evasive, just honest. also, during period of big news, there is what is called a quiet period where the releasing company needs to keep everything hush hush, the sec frowns on leaking of potential big news. i would think that jimmy will play everything close to the vest and even closer to the vest as time goes on and contracts become bigger. another thought as well is that dgiv-jimmy may be in a testing period by the big financial backer/underwriter potential partner as well. they may want to know that they have a trustworthy partner who can keep company business to himself, they dont want their wares shopped around. a big part of the partnering game is trust. jimmy has earned the trust of many but that trust is a sacred thing and also a fragile thing in todays "looking for a better deal" world. jimmy has a plan that im sure is in all of our best interests, he has proven this over and over. time will continue to reveal his loyalty to his shareholders. being as smart as jimmy has given us reason to believe, im sure that news will be released to maximize the affect, we win and mm's lose! macker
