Brian...you're asking the right question; the reason that you hear all the "juvenile name-calling" and "tit-for-tat" responses is because CCSI has not made publicly available, the anticipated revenues from the contemplated distributorship alliance on this one application. They have not done so because they are prohibited from doing so by virtue of the various confidentiality agreements they have executed, and the numbers are still being negotiated. No one can really value the shares without having those numbers to generate a revenue model. The shorts are short and have been for a long time, cause they have been ASSUMING there are no revenues, and as such, CCSI is overvalued; however, with the stock continuing to climb and the prospects of a distributorship alliance more likely, they have now taken the tact that even if they get an alliance, the numbers won't support it...which of course is sheer speculation because they are not privy to the negotiations.

So there is no possible way anyone can have an intelligent discussion at this point of what is a fair price; one can only discuss CCSI's technology, how it can be applied, and the possible value to the marketplace...the longs are in the stock and valuing the stock based on their DD and their own belief in the projected value of the company.

Check our Janybird's research post for what CCSI has to offer, and reach a conclusion yourself.
