Folks, It has been a long weekend and and an interesting day to say the least. I want to start by making a few salient points... Put the SEC Item on the back burner, many have made DGIV know and the SEC is aware. Enuff said, let us put it to rest....Thanks. Some here, are in fact here because, they want the short quick hop they anticipate will come on the heels of news.... That is OK, however, I feel that news,whenever it comes, is only a small part of the BIG picture...the news-releases are only the trees in the forest. DGIV, is a FOREST and to focus on a few tree's is short sighted indeed. The market Makers are keen beings of observation....and a few of them are laughing at those who sold today amid the wavering and bantering back and forth which went on today....They will employ the same tactics we saw today the rest of the week and as long as we are on BB. Eventually, they will have to cover all the shares they have been shorting and when people sell, it only gives them back a few of their shares... They are short at a minimum of 1.75 to 1.8 MILLION SHARES the "# of sells today..does not tell the real story I would wager that 70% of those sells were between mm's to give the appearance of selling when in fact there was probably very little selling and Believe me they were also buying at the bid between the bid and on the ask as try and get covered..... Another item is that the volume is 1/2 of what you see since volumes are counted Twice... so the actual volume today was a 139K less 1/3= our actual buys and sells =~46K which means ~2/3rds = MM games So in fact, there was only roughly ~50K of today's volume which DGIV investors were actually responsible for. My total buys for today according to reports was 20,126 + ~7K according to RICO's, wise friend for a total of ~27K. 46K -27K =19K this means we had ~ 27K buys and 19K sells that were actually traded the rest was Phantom trading between MM's. Now you have a window into the room of mm's and how on NO VOLUME they can manipulate a Stock...... albiet it was for 0.1875-cents Folks they are not making any headway and as long as we hold! They never will, they Just don't have the shares to do anything with and they must move paper..ie show a trail....and the longer they delay the more painful, financially it will be for them..not US.. PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE......Will Pay Obscene Dividends...... What I expect over the next few weeks.... I expect and hope that JC, will return this week...I would not pressure him to release any news prematurely.... He never has and hopefully never will. I would expect that since DGIV is a fully reporting company, that they will file a qtrly report within the next week or two, this will tell a great deal about DGIV and give credibility to what we have been saying all along about how DGIV, is TRULLY UNDERVALUED! We Know he has spent time in Vietnam as well as at least 2 "OTHER" countries....I expect to at least hear a progress report on his travels.... I have spoken to JC on more than one occaision and what I remember the Most was my first encounter when he Stressed/emphasized that He "ONLY goes to CLOSE DEALS".. The first deal he closed we heard about before he ever even left Indonesia..The AQUISITION of the PHONE CO. he was then called away to additional Southeast Asian countries besides Vietnam..... We still have not heard "Detail's" regarding the "JD International Holdings"...ie. specifics...... We know we have made not one, not two, but Three, Aquisitions in the past 3 months and have yet to Hear WHO is handling the Financing of the aquisitions although we do know who is handling the Accounting....BDO, only the 7th largest International Accounting firm in the WORLD! We also, know that he is Currently in the Phillipines..... he's been there before and has laid the groundwork for perhaps some new business in that country? I could go on in this vain but, rather, I need to move to more Immediate happenings...... As you know I have with the generous help of the launchingpad.com been able to schedule a Live Real-Time chat session for all DGIV investors and would be investors to Participate.. Wednesday night at 9PM EDT... Our Special Guest Speaker will be Roger Templeton.. Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Digitcom. He will be available to answer a Limited amount and type of questions although there will be some areas which he will not be able to discuss and we will brief everyone at the outset and update the thread periodically as to what those sensitive areas are to avoid putting our esteemed guest in compromising situations since he has been gracious enough to participate... I will act as moderator for the event and make replies as well as try to answers some questions which I may be able.... The Big question many may have after reading all of the above is Well But when Do I expect news...and my answer is When it comes we will know it not before... I can't report what I don't know about neither can Mr.Templeton, so don't ask...I am sure that regardless we will see some news in the near future ie the next 2-3 weeks and definitely after that time period.. I would take special note of the above items I mentioned with regards to his current travels as well as his recent travels... Follow the Money! In closing, I would hope that tomorrow could perhaps be a bit less frantic in it's pace and that everyon Pay no attention to the volume or price on a day to day basis but Rather Look at the BIG PICTURE, the FOREST CALLED DGIV....
