There's a very interesting comparative chart at the end of the article. If the numbers are true, or even close, there would appear to be some very favourable risk/reward plays in SA at this time. I think some of these have ADRs.

ole 49er, a weekend NY Times article said Buffet dumped lots of treasuries recently.

That in part was responsible for today's t-bill selloff.

Any take?
