We will have to wait at least 6 months... CYCH low earnings don't surprise me. When you take a closer look at CYCH, you'll regard that their PR work is much better than the acceptance of their system. I've already posted how "real" CYCH business in Europe looks like. E-commerce is not going to "explode" in a few months. There are various reasons for that: slowly changing consumer habits, missing "Kauferlebnis" (i.e. thrill to buy something), halfhearted support by cooperating banks, stiff competition by other credit card clearing systems and so on. Besides all positive feelings about CYCH in this thread, keep in mind your personal wish to see the shares move up doesn't influence the success of CYCH... I'm keeping CYCH, but I am ready to sell, if they don't make significant progress in the next two quarters. If they don't, they are dead anyway.
