I'll be the first to say that FAMH is absolutely NOT a scam. It is a
good company that is making money and has a bright future. I also think
that anyone buying at these levels is assuming a limited degree of risk, unless of course the reverse split occurs, which I think would
be highly foolish.

My problem is that I know where some of these shares that have been
issued have gone and I don't like it... I was told that Mr. Arif is
holding a whopping 28-29MM shrs.... Now either Mr. Arif was buying
very heavily from the open market (but wait... these new shares are
supposed to be restricted right? So how could he have done that?),
or else while we were being diluted out of our investment Mr. Arif
could sit back knowing he wasn't being diluted. Ira apparently has
holdings of roughly 8MM shrs.

This makes me pretty thoroughly angry as someone who held shares during
this period. Maybe if I'd at least been told what was happening I
wouldn't care, but I was told that the new shares were being issued
for acquisitions and thus enhancing shareholder value. Ok, I guess
they were enhancing shareholder value anyway, just not MY shareholder
value. This was, in my opinion, a severe betrayal of my trust as a
shareholder since shares were not being used for what I was told they
were being used for...

Now maybe this doesn't mean squat in the long term future of this
company, but I have to wonder if we'd even be hearing speculation
about a reverse split if it weren't for this. If you want to verify
this information then by all means call the company. That's how I
found out... but I'd bet they are probably saying "no comment" to
everything right about now... you'll notice we haven't heard anything
from them for quite some time now...
