Keith, 1) BTS - Go to GaBards profile and click on his BTS website. Says it all. 2) DD - Due Dilligence - ANYTHING you can find and verify about a company. All of the items you mentioned compile it, but there is much much more. Good Luck :-) Binder

If i may add: Another good way to learn bb's is to pick 5-10 stocks. Don't buy, but watch them closely over a few weeks or mos. Pick ones that have good average volume, ones that are talked about regularly or ones you even consider buying. After awhile you learn trading patterns that will help you make more confident decisions. Do not expect to come to this arena and be a winner right away. It certainly looks easier than it really is and many of us(if not all) has learned the hard way by making bad decisions at 1 time or another. chris
