James, I would tend to agree with your assessment of the "bearish" nature of GME and EXL; but still think that most players are waiting to see what "solution is found to the JV problem". I also see with the recent 129,000 shares of EXL last week that investors are starting to get set up for the release of news, buying at "deep discount prices" in anticipation of the upcoming news.

I have no real questions for Mayer at this time, we appreciate the offer and based of his list of points made, appears to have the main issues well in hand. His understanding of the key ratios to look for is above my league.

The POG is expected to rise in the second half of the year (?starting in June); could start earlier based on India's explosion of three U/G nuclear bombs yesterday. They've got the Pakistanis, Chinese and the Superpowers a little anxious.

I guess it is like you say James, there is not much else to do but to wait this one out for the next couple of months for the announcements on production, reserves, POG increase and JV agreement.

Meanwhile, keep on fishing and I'll carry on golfing.

Cheers Winzer
