Ceez, I do not look at intraday charts so I dont think I will be of much help. But as I understand it a flag is a continuation pattern generally lasting one to three weeks, which resembles a parallelogram that slops against the prevailing trend. The flag represents a minor pause in a dynamic price trend. A pennant is also a continuation pattern similar to the flag, except that it is more horizontal and resembles a small symmetrical triangle. Like the flag, the pennant usually lasts from one to three weeks and is typically followed by a resumption of the prior trend. I do not know if these principles can be applied to a intraday chart, I hope this helps somehow.
