Marcos I have a question that was strangely addressed by Rebecca DelMedico. It still sits unanswered like a dead rat in the middle of the table. Cashco Management doesn't seem to have the courage to take this on and come clean with investors. Meanwhile the dead rat just sits there smellin' up the joint.

I asked about felons involved with CSHK and she responded rather defensively and off point, I thought, about Tony Boyden, saying that he was not a greater than 5%, he was not a consultant and that he had not been paid. So according to Rebecca, the corporate counsel, he has no connection with CSHK.

They can run, but they can't hide.

But what do I find on this very thread in posts #reply-3449378, #reply-3452382, #reply-3622690, and #reply-3588387 references to apparently this very same Tony. Looks like this Tony has been quite a charitable soul if he has been answering questions about the capital formation and business relationships that the company was entering into and doing all this without remuneration. Or is it that someone is not telling the truth? Or is someone making the representation that this is not the same Anthony [Tony] R. Boyden who we find mentioned in reports below, associated with the CEO Rhonda Maxwell [Windsor]:

In September 1991, Boyden pleaded guilty to, and was convicted on a charge of counselling to commit murder, a charge unrelated to the affairs of Dimples. Bail conditions were granted to Boyden and he has since been awaiting sentencing for that conviction.

In December 1991, Boyden was charged with uttering death threats as against J. Douglas Elliott, the chairman of the company and Robert G. Reid, formerly the company's managing director, corporate finance and financial public relations. Mr Elliott was called, amongst others, on behalf of the crown attorney's office, to give evidence in respect of that charge at Boyden's bail hearing. Mr Elliott was cross examined by counsel for Boyden on collateral matters. At the conclusion of this hearing, Boyden's bail was revoked and he was committed to jail. Boyden is currently awaiting trial on these new charges - uttering death threats. Boyden is scheduled to be sentenced for his conviction of the offence of counselling to commit murder on March 10.
