GOOD POST...regarding FAMH's PE of 6 or thereabouts.
Sigmund, you hit it on the head...the number of shares don't matter...it is the PE.....lots of stocks have insiders with many milllions of shares....LOTS AND LOTS of companies...check it out!

Plus, many NASDSAQ big board stocks have over 100 Million shares...check that out too and they trade over $5.00

Also consider that the average PE exceeds 1,000 on the BB

A bit misleading..that is more of an average when you combine all BB stocks

i.e. You will find that 95% of all BB's that trade at 50 cents or even a dollar have a NEGATIVE PE. A negative PE is worse than a company with a PE of 1,000.

PS-- I AM NOT defending FAMH at all, just trying to get some balance. This share thing is not unique to FAMH...it is not a death knell....FAMH is actually very unique in it's profitablility
