305-933 is for North Dade Fla. Hollywood is not in North Dade. Maybe its his work number or a special number he set up to avoid answering an onslaught of calls. In any event, it confirms that he lives in Fla. and that the info regarding a suit brought by Merril Lynch in the U.S. Didtrict Court for the Southern District of Fla to enjoin a Fred Gesten from soliciting his former Merrill Lynch customers in violation of his contract with M-L appears to applly to him. As I stated in my original post, there is no record of any other Fred Gesten in the USA. However, I guess that there is some possibility that there is more than one Fred Gesten livinging in Fla. although this remains unlikely. My prior post was an amalgam of searches through various online data banks available through NEXIS, a nationwide personal data collection system. Although my instincts tell me otherwise, it is theoretically possible that there is one Fred Gesten that lives in Hollywood Fla, another Fred Gesten that bought the $260,000 house in holywood fla, another Fred Gesten that sold the condo in Boca to the group in the Dominican Republic, another Fred Gesten living in Fla that also has a Bellevue NY mailing address, and another Fred Gesten living in Fla who was sued by M-L. The probability of this seems astronomically high however and at this point I am not sure if it makes any difference to us. I'd just forget about Fred Gesten for a while and go to sleep! If you can't fall asleep start counting backwards the number of SLUP shares you own. That should do the trick! Then again, I guess it could keep you awake for days!
