Dr. Tech you are 2 for 3 (you missed CLEC Plug), still pretty impressive!

You say <BEL will announce deployment when they are ready> I sense some hesitation in BA making announcement in June...Is this what you are implying?

In the FTEL announcement they say trials will go into early 1999. I assume this is trials with BT. You had said...<This will be a clear sign that BT has similar deployment plans with Westell as BEL does!!!>

When in early 1999???

Was this the FTEL news you expected??? Doesn't seem like it will be worth much to Wall Street tomorrow? However, I liked this post...
<Soon to come FTEL relationship expansion will be a clear sign that the customer has the say!!!!Why does FLOJ cut a deal with ORCTF and FTEL side with westell? SAME company, however FTEL biggest customer is BT and they say no to ORCTF because they want westell. The customer will tell its' data intergrator who's equipment they want to use. Just like BEL told DSC in the USA. Westell is positioned in the right arrangements. Now we just need the market to accept ADSL as a coming reality. I've been told that the recent LU end to end PR did not identify WSTL as co developer of their DSLAM and that questioned PR people at LU do not no jack. I will post my verification soon. However, I would like to ask...Does anybody know how many LU ESS switches have been installed to date..? I think its HUUGGEE and the upgrade to a ADSL version could be big $$$$ for both LU & WSTL..>

You had said "don't think someone like BEL won't purchase a stake in westell first"...Is this anytime "SOON"?

When is TI going to be ready with the chips??? <westell will be showing DMT product with TI chip in Vegas. They will be first to have it available using MOT or TI chips.>

Are you expecting anything really surprising or exciting tomorrow during CC?

Is June the month for WSTL or what?

bill,

Trials ARE meaningless, at this point in the life cycle of ADSL. I think all business is up for grabs. IMHO, the only thing WSTL has going is placement of line cards in DLC systems. If that is ever lost, the game is over.
