Did I say that they were exactly the same?
ACSY made a little more in the first quarter than the financing division alone for FAMH, yet they are trading at a market capitalization of 173MM!!! ACSY has 10.282MM shares, and if you take the trailing earnings of 1.2MM and apply it to the current stock price,THEY ARE TRADING AT A PE OF 144!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a NASDAQ listing, I'll give you that, but only that.
Apply the same PE as ACSY to the trailing earnings of FAMH even on 50MM shares you get a share price of over $6.
Apply that same ratio to the very conservative eps for 1998 of .20 and you get $28.
So what's your point?
Chopping margins by acquiring failing companies?
Where have you been?
Are you going to sit here and tell anyone that acquiring a company with smaller margin but with 10 times your revenue and twice your annual income is a bad business move?
Bring it on!! I'm waiting.
Jin.
