Fair enough, John, but how did you find out?

I will be happy to call the company on anything... How sure are you that Mr. Arif has that many shares and are you sure they are NOT restricted? What is your source, so thay you can be taken credibly?

John, if they were telling the truth, and the 30 million new shares were sold on the open market, or to the acquired companies...

Then Arif and Ira no longer own a majority of the stock, and others (who knows who) could start throwing their considerable share weight around.

It's got to be one or the other, no?
