Greg, no not Cramer, he is already long, by his own admission, and a relatively small player. I would be referring to large mutual funds.

10% from the current level would bring us down to 41. This is where I think we would see major buying on a market down draft, maybe even a point or point and half higher. Mutual funds managers don't seem like the patient sort to me. With the sp500 outperforming most, I'd guess they are to poised to "ready, fire, aim".

So is your feeling that we are range bound to 40-45 for awhile? Or do you think we are going lower?
