Hi Gordy - Aloha

I guess the most immediate thing we can for by contacting the SEC is that the MM's will get wind of it and behave themselves. It takes a while to get the government going on anything... I think, like Byron, that its best to forget about it for now. If they have any interest they will contact Rocketdude and I'm sure he will represent the facts more than adequately.

We might get the quarterlies on Friday, though it could be after the market closes. I understand that there is a 45 day limit on how long a company can wait before publishing. Friday is the 45th day, assuming the quarter ended up on Mar 31 (a Tuesday), but more likely it closed on the 3rd of April (Friday following). I really have no idea how they break things up, but bottom line is that it has to be soon.

As Byron mentioned, I don't think that we can expect any major news from JC this week.

Take care, Lazarus
