Do not kid yourself Phil -- companies lie on their SEC filings all the time -- some get caught, some do not. The OTC:BB companies are much less likely to get caught. THe fact is all you can do is take what the company gives you and hope they are honest. Press releases do help hold them accountable and there are third party methods to verify what these guys say -- but mostly you have to trust the company. Zacks was calling EXSO a strong buy right up until the time they were delisted... people believe Zacks more often than not -- glad I called the company and got the real scoop from a not-so-bright employee. Floorless convertible debentures were the culprit at the time. FWIW...

Phil, The only REAL nonhype information on any company is their audited financials on file with the SEC. This is one of the things we are waiting for. Wait till the numbers come out and then join us or pass on it. If you want to get an update on the filing, I suggest you talk to the company. Later, Paul
