Wouldn't MRVC's NBase unit be a much better match from a product portfolio
aspect? That would put ASND into the end user and access provider businesses.

Sorry, I am not familiar with that unit. But, I believe that ASND is not putting their future into the access provider business because CSCO has already raided that party and is only gaining on ASND in that arena. CSCO has already stated that they don't anticipate getting into the ATM at the core anytime soon.
