It seems it would be astounding for the company to finally come out and be close to their#, especially in light of the delay til the last minute even though I understand the argument about the new guy making a thorough review before his debut. And yet anything less than the # promised by cfo Lash back on Jan 8th and we've got a class action coming. What a dilemma for Dresnick. If the number is at LEAST slightly below, say .27 with 50 to 100 million goodwill write off, what do you think happens to any rally when a lawsuit is filed within a few days??
