Since you're looking at LU and its courting activites, what about a LU/PCMS combination. There was discussion of this on the PCMS thread after an article appeared relative to LU's ability to use its stock and the pooling of interests method as of October.

Tom, looks like BAY is shopping itself around ... and LU may have to up the ante if it needs to wait until Oct.
