Its hard to figure out what he is even saying... ? Maybe if you post your questions along with his answers it would make it easier to understand. He is referring to "your figures" a lot... so I assume you stated some figures in your questions. Maybe if you post the whole thing it would make sense. But I did noticed he said most shares were issued for aquisitions only.. not ALL.... (now does most for Ira mean greater than 51%? or 99%)? Going to bed, Mark
